GenInspired is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting STEM education among school children, fostering volunteering among young people, promoting civil values, and building character. We believe that by empowering children with STEM skills, we can help them develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovation abilities that will prepare them for the workforce of the future. Our organization is also committed to promoting volunteering among children, as we believe that this helps to foster empathy, compassion, and a sense of responsibility for the community. Additionally, we aim to promote civil values and build character, helping children become well-rounded individuals who are committed to making a positive impact in society.

Our Goals for Year 2024-25:
Sponsor at least 4 elementary and 4 middle school teams in WCPSS: Provide Vex IQ Kits, training and mentorship to kick start the program. ($20,000 or Donation of Vex IQ kits)
Sponsor 2 elementary and 2 middle school private teams for deserving students coming from economically challenging families/communities, who are underrepresented in Robotics domain. ($10,000 estimate).
Expand Gen Inspired program into 2 other states.($500 estimate)
Increase volunteers by 10% year over year.
Enroll 30 kids for the PVSA program.
Purchasing PVSA medals and Issuance to deserving kids as per hours earned. ($700 estimate)
Create or arrange at least 15 events to acquire PVSA awards for the kids ($2000 estimate)
Purchase and distribute promotion material such as spirit wear, banners etc. among Kids and adult volunteers ( $1000)
Acquisition of Office equipment and expenses for the NonProfit such as color Laser printer, White board, Projector, Certificate printings, Flyer printings etc. ($2000)
Refreshments for Kids volunteer throughout the year for various volunteering events.($1000)
Create, promote and issue awards for various Essay competitions throughout the year. ($2000)
Create Environment awareness and action programs driven by kids at an individual family level. ($2000)
Promotion of arts made by young Artists and our volunteers on the website.
Annual Volunteers appreciation day to celebrate and sponsor the entire event. ($500)

Annual Prepare for college event for Junior and Senior that covers survival skills such as tire change, basic car care, helplines in different areas etc.
